Relating Linear Equations and their Graphs

Lesson Narrative
In the associated Algebra 1 lesson, the focus is on relating features of expressions that define quadratic functions with features of graphs. This is accomplished by looking for and making use of structure. In this lesson, students are prompted to related features of expressions that define functions with features of graphs, but in the context of linear functions. The activities also encourage looking for and making use of structure (MP7).
